Such lovely house, you feel right at home :) with small backyard for dogs or just relax with a drink. The outside table and chairs were not clean but Michelle offered to send the cleaning crew which I appreciated. Looks like the neighborhood is in a revitalization process so a few of the remaining surrounding houses aren't as nice so I appreciated the enclosed garage option to leave my car at night. Walking distance to Mexican food and many other restaurant / ice cream options!

The house was perfect!! Just wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Upon our arrival, we enjoyed exploring the rooms and how they were decorated. The proximity to downtown and Lake Monroe was perfect. Each morning we took a short stroll for coffee. I would highly recommend and we look forwarded to returning next year. Michelle was an excellent host!!

We had an awesome stay in Sandford. The Airbnb was exactly as described and very clean. Michelle was very responsive any time we had questions. She was very friendly and always responded promptly. The location was great and a short walk to Lake Monroe and downtown area. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful extended stay for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. Lake Monroe and downtown Sanford are both only a few minutes away and walkable. Quiet neighborhood. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and comes with everything you will need! Michelle was very responsive and helpful with a couple questions we had….a great host! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Between work and leisure, I stay in @ 6 Airbnbs per year and this was by far the most odd layout and we absolutely LOVED it. The entire place was very spacious. We have already planned on booking again for future visits to Sanford. Although it has a super early checkout, Michelle was able to grant us a 12:00 checkout, so we were very grateful for that.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was a perfect fit for our family, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. Michelle was a great host—very responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wij voelden ons erg thuis. Het weer was minder en fris, heerlijk de verwarming en de elektrische haard aan gehad. Waren aangenaam verrast dat er toch een wasmachine en droger aanwezig waren. De bedden lagen heerlijk en voor het beddengoed was super zacht. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken maar ook in de badkamer. Douche was heerlijk. Wij zouden hier zeer zeker terug komen vooral in de zomer als het heerlijk warm is om te kunnen genieten van de tuin en het terras, want dat kon nu helaas niet.

What an incredible stay! This home is absolutely gorgeous and just a short drive from anything you could want to do in central Florida. We ran into a small issue and it was fixed immediately. Thank you so much, Michelle for your hospitality! Hope we can return again soon!
