Plenty of fun activities in the home; we liked the pool table and laser tag the most. It was 2 or 3 blocks from the riverwalk and only 1 or 2 blocks to downtown Sanford. The house cooled well, the yard is perfect for doggies, and the floor plan was spacious. We’ll definitely rent here again!

This home was comfortable, clean, had really fun artwork and was close to so many great Restaurants! Check out Current for seafood, West End for Wings, and Hot Asian Buns for amazing Bao Buns! All a short jaunt away as well as the infamous Hollerbauchs! Loved our stay here and this location was perfect for it! 10/10 recommend!

Michelle’s home was above expectations! Communication was fantastic. The home feels very new, all furniture and amenities are tip top shape. Location is wonderful, nice back yard and large lot. Close to all the attractions in Sanford, within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone, and Michelle is an A+ host. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We stayed at Michelle’s place for a month to visit family and extended business trip. The home was clean, state of the art appliances, and well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to historic downtown with plenty of restaurants, breweries, and shops. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great location for biking the trails and walking to Sanford. Steps from the lake and RiverWalk. The duplex was clean and comfortable, especially the reclining sofa and bed! We had to cut our bike trip short to drive home to MA to clean up 24 inches of snow. Before we left we spent a fun evening at Sanford’s Mardi Gras celebration. Michelle was friendly and always quick to respond to our questions. We recommend her duplex and can’t wait to return next year!

I was in a super pinch and needed a last minute stay for me and a coworker. They were incredibly accommodating, and the price was extremely fair! The place is well decorated, if you have kids you’ll love it! I only wish that I wasn’t here for work and I would’ve had time to play on the pool table. The house was incredibly clean, the location is great to downtown Sanford, and it’s in a great area with really good neighbors. I highly recommend this host!

This was a great experience for our family to get together and spend a weekend more engaged and focused on our shared time. We visited the local towns, was close enough to take a day skiing at Greek peak and swimming for the little ones. we were also close enough to drive into Syracuse and go to the produce market, we picked up fresh veggies and food to bring back and cook in the small but well equipped kitchen. The room of the kitchen was great for getting everyone sat for dinner, including a high chair for the youngest. The little kids room was great for when the kids woke up early and had a place play without waking everyone else up.
