Great place to stay, about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Sanford which had plenty of options to eat. There was also a park across the road from the house that offers a nice walk next to the lake. Great location.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had with Michelle and her amazing home! Not only was the house perfect for our needs, but it had so many extras too! and HUGE BONUS, the beds were COMFORTABLE!!! Not just cheap beds you get at an Airbnb, but beds you'd actually want to have in your home! even the twin tri-bunk beds were comfy!!! the driveway was great, and large, and we had additional covered parking with the large carport! 20/10 would recommend this place and when we come back, this will 100% be our go to place to stay!

Michelle's home is wonderful! She is an incredible host and was also very accommodating to us in regards to allowing our dogs, as well as a late check out request which ended up turning into an additional night. She was very patient in listening to our family situation and responded kindly and very quickly to our additional request. Everything in the home was great for our stay! In the future, we hope that her property is available should we need to book again. Thank you!

We loved this house! It was very clean and it was decorated very nice. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making this house feel comfortable. It was walking distance to historic downtown Sanford. All the instructions in the house were clear and it was well organized. The host was very responsive in answering questions. I highly recommend this house.

The house was spacious, clean and located on a quiet, lightly trafficked street. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake and downtown restaurants and shops. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Michelle’s place in Sanford. It was very close to the historic area. The neighborhood is quiet. The back yard was big and perfect if you have a fur baby.

The home is lovely! Decorated well. It is large and we never felt crowded! The back yard is fenced and was great for our grandchildren and 2 small dogs. We were close to attractions we wanted to visit, Legoland and Kennedy Space Center. We chose this location for its proximity to the airport as my daughter and grands were flying in later in the evening. Also my son-in-law came a different day. They loved being close to the airport when leaving. Highly recommend this home when visiting Disney or other parks in the area, as well as the beaches! Thank you Michelle!

We had 15 people, including 3 toddlers and four teens, 2 medium-large dogs and a kitten. There was more than enough space for everyone, no one felt suffocated (I asked) and everyone loved the home. It was warm, and cozy, and nicely decorated. Hancock just over the bridge has all the basics, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We hope to return for another holiday vacation soon!
