Welcome to your home away from home in this peaceful, newly built 2025 retreat, perfect for families, friends, or work trips. Step through the front door into an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering. The living room offers plenty of seating for the whole group to enjoy movie night, while the dining table seats 8 with room for 4 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking, hosting, and longer stays. Off the living room, a central hallway connects all four bedrooms. The first stop is a full bathroom with a tub. Next is the spacious main bedroom featuring a king bed, large TV, and an attached bathroom, also with a tub. Continue down the hall to a cozy second bedroom with a king bed and TV. The third bedroom includes two XL twin beds that can be joined to create a king if you prefer (just let us know in advance and we’ll provide the correct linens). This room also includes a TV. You’ll also find a laundry room available for guest use. At the end of the hallway is the fourth bedroom, offering two XL twin beds, which could also be converted to a king if needed. And finally, we have the spacious, 2-car garage. Whether you’re here to explore downtown (just 6 blocks away), enjoy the lake (8 blocks away), or simply relax in a calm and comfortable setting, this home is designed to make your stay easy, peaceful, and memorable.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - There is room to park a few cars in the garage and tiny driveway, but if you have an RV or trailer please reach out to us to discuss options. - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
