This home is located just 12 blocks from Downtown Sanford, 4 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, and a 15-minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex.

- This house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is not suitable for loud parties. Please let us know if you'd like to invite additional guests for a small, quiet get-together. - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need more space. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note - early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day.
