Good to know
This stylish single-story home offers comfort, accessibility, and space to relax. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Cook with ease in the granite kitchen with stainless appliances and island seating, and dine at a table for six. The primary suite includes a private bath (shower only). The other two bedrooms share a full bath with tub. Outside, enjoy a large yard (not fenced) and charcoal grill. One-car garage access is included for your convenience. We have a large yard, but it is not fully fenced in. If you're bringing a trailer or RV, there is tons of room to park here.
House Rules
- No parties, events, or extra guests without prior approval please. - Please do not leave doors and windows open when the air conditioning is running.
Other Details to Note
- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
