This newly built house has a comfy and cool desert vibe. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's only a 10 minute drive to the airport and a few blocks to downtown Sanford and the waterfront, 45 minute drive to Disney or New Smyrna Beach - plus so many other destinations, no one will be bored here.

Good to know

The single-story house with 20' vaulted ceilings has an open floor-plan with an eat-in kitchen and living/dining area. All 3 bedrooms are located off of this main area. The master bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed, plus a master bathroom with separate shower and tub. The other two bedrooms are a "Jack and Jill" setup, meaning that they share a bathroom. The house is equipped with central air, and it is more than sufficient to keep it icy cool if that's how you like it. You'll be sure to enjoy the privacy-fenced backyard with a dining table and grill.

House Rules

Please note that pets are allowed but our insurance company has some breed restrictions. Unfortunately, we can't allow pitbulls, akitas, doberman pinchers, chows, rottweilers, staffordshire terriers, American bulldogs, presa canarios, wolves or any mix of these breeds.

Other Details to Note

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need more space. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note - early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help! The Sanford Ave house is located in a lively neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the start of downtown. Wops Hops is 3 blocks away and the waterfront is about 9 blocks, to give you an idea.

Guest Access

You'll have parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and use of the garage. If you'll be bringing more than 4 cars, please reach out to me for specific instructions on where to park.

Such lovely house, you feel right at home :) with small backyard for dogs or just relax with a drink. The outside table and chairs were not clean but Michelle offered to send the cleaning crew which I appreciated. Looks like the neighborhood is in a revitalization process so a few of the remaining surrounding houses aren't as nice so I appreciated the enclosed garage option to leave my car at night. Walking distance to Mexican food and many other restaurant / ice cream options!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was a perfect fit for our family, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. Michelle was a great host—very responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Michelle is without a doubt one of the most responsive and super helpful hosts on this platform. They own lots of beautiful properties and always go out of their way to accommodate you. This home was perfect within walking distance of downtown and I especially loved the high ceilings and really cute decor. Not to mention a big sunken bathtub. The garage is also great to have use of,,,and a big backyard too! I will always stay at Michelle’s properties. The price was super reasonable and this made for an even longer stay since we could afford to !

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was the perfect spot in the perfect location just a few blocks from historic Sanford. Most importantly there was a nice fenced in back yard for our dogs, and they were able to run off all the energy from the long drive there! We will definitely book here again! We didn’t get to see half of what we wanted to see… there’s so much to do there!

Wonderful private house within walking distance of Sanford main street (lots of excellent restaurants and pubs!) and lakefront. Fenced in back yard with nice patio area - great for travel with dogs! High quality furnishings (very comfy beds) and spacious rooms. Immediate area/block is residential with mix of housing types in various conditions, but close neighbors were pleasant and we always felt safe. Host was fantastic and provided quick and informative communication. We'll definitely return if traveling nearby again!

This place was extremely clean, comfortable and we had the most responsive host ever! This place had everything that we needed to make us comfortable on our trip and having the use of the garage for us was just over the top. I will be looking to book with them again next year
