Enjoy basketball free-throw, skeeball, and vintage arcade games to keep everyone entertained for hours. Outside, the fully-fenced backyard offers a dining table and a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. - No extra guests without prior approval please - kids parties may be allowed, with a maximum of 20 guests and an additional cleaning fee of $80 to be paid directly to the cleaner. - Don’t block the sidewalk - Checkout time is 11 am - we need time to prepare for our next guests - Clean up the back yard for the next guests Parking: Please do not block the sidewalk, and do not park between the sidewalk and the street.. This is very important, as we could all get in trouble for this. You can fit 2-4 cars in the driveway between the garage and the sidewalk.. If you have additional cars, please feel free to use the front yard for parking, or reach out to us for additional parking closeby.

- This house is right next to our sister listing "The Billiard." Book both homes if you need more space! We have a number of other homes within a few blocks as well. - Please note that our "No Parties" policy can be waved in certain circumstances, but prior approval is absolutely required. Please contact us if you'd like to host a kid's get-together, and we will do our best to make it happen! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day.
