Michelle is an amazing host. So accommodating. The farmhouse is better than the photos are able to show because it really has all of the authentic farmhouse details you could hope for. Thoughtfully renovated and perfect for gatherings. She also has an amazing lake house nearby. We will book that one next time we are in the area!

Michelle's farm house is even more charming in person than in the photos. My family and my sister's family stayed comfortably in the home. We loved the big kitchen, the extra large dining room, the beautiful bathrooms, and the adorable playroom, magically at the top of a winding staircase. The cousins were able to run around outside, watch movies in the playroom, and have a sleepover in the bunk beds while the adults chatted in the beautiful and cozy living room. The house is decorated beautifully. It does not feel the way some Airbnb's do, which is that it is full of whatever the closest big box store had to offer. I can't say enough how much my family enjoyed it. Michelle was extremely responsive to any and all questions, kind and helpful every time. My mom is already asking when we're going to stay again so she can spend more time there! The goats and chickens are a cute and charming addition.

This was a great experience for our family to get together and spend a weekend more engaged and focused on our shared time. We visited the local towns, was close enough to take a day skiing at Greek peak and swimming for the little ones. we were also close enough to drive into Syracuse and go to the produce market, we picked up fresh veggies and food to bring back and cook in the small but well equipped kitchen. The room of the kitchen was great for getting everyone sat for dinner, including a high chair for the youngest. The little kids room was great for when the kids woke up early and had a place play without waking everyone else up.

Everything was as described and clutter free when we arrived. It is homey, and even though it was more secluded, the wifi was impeccable. Loved the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs—no issues with getting hot water and keeping it. The towels were GREAT, I actually meant to look up the brand and forgot to. It was a quick visit for us, but we would definitely return to better utilize all the house has to offer for a group, there was a great dining area with a fireplace that keeps the room toasty. We didn’t explore the property too much, but the kids loved talking to the rooster from a distance. Would be great for warm weather group activities for kiddos to run around and be kids, great trees to climb. We’re a very low maintenance group, but hopefully this review is helpful!

Michelle was a wonderful host. We were traveling for Christmas and had a great holiday in the house. Michelle had it decorated beautifully and we had plenty of space. We all agreed we will be back!

This was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving gathering. All the adults in our party love older, historic houses so the ambience and feel of the house was great as was the country setting. Our 4 young granddaughters were with us and they loved the goats and chickens and really loved what they called their "secret room" upstairs that was set up for kids. The large dining room was perfect for our group of 12. Michelle is a great host. Always answered any questions I had right away. We give our whole experience 5 stars.
