On the main floor you’ll find the eat-in kitchen, living room with couches and a big smart tv, one full bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has 2 twins. Also on the ground floor we have a large dining room with seating for up to 22 guests. This is the perfect gathering spot, with great views of the property and neighboring farm. Please note that we cannot host more than 10 overnight guests as per the town regulations, so no exceptions will be made. The main upstairs has a full bathroom and three bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a king plus a twin, and the final bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The second upstairs area, above the kitchen, is a great hideaway for kids - it’s a cozy playroom with games and toys.

If you are bringing a service dog or a small friendly dog, they must stay leashed outside the house at all times and they should not go on the furniture.
