On the main floor you’ll find the eat-in kitchen, living room with couches and a big smart tv, one full spacious bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms. The (free) laundry facilities are off the bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twins. Also on the ground floor we have a large dining room with seating for up to 22 guests. This is the perfect gathering spot, with great views of the property and neighboring farm. The main upstairs has a full bathroom and three bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a king plus a twin, and the final bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The second upstairs area, above the kitchen, is a great hideaway for kids - it’s a cozy playroom with games and toys. Please note that we cannot host more than 10 overnight guests as per the town regulations.
