Welcome to your Sanford getaway! Step inside this charming nautical-themed home and feel instantly at ease. The living room sits straight ahead, featuring a large smart TV, a queen-size futon for extra sleeping space, and a convenient desk for remote work. A brand-new full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located just off the living room. Sliding glass doors open directly to the expansive, fully fenced backyard where you’ll find an outdoor sofa and dining table. Kids will love the play structure with a slide and swings, and the most adorable playhouse (both are ideal for kids under 10 years old). Back toward the entryway, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Down the hall are three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together to create another king upon request, and we’ll happily provide king bedding. Each bedroom includes a new smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. At the end of the hall is a second full bathroom with a tub, ideal for families traveling with children. This home is located in a quiet Sanford neighborhood, just minutes from Lake Monroe, Ft. Mellon Park, and downtown dining and shops. It is not suited for rowdy groups, but it’s the perfect retreat for families, business travelers, or solo guests seeking a peaceful and comfy stay.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway in front of the house. If you have additional cars or a trailer/camper, please let us know so we can direct you where to park. - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
