This cozy, fully furnished duplex apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay, featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area. The private bedroom includes a plush queen-sized bed, while the living area is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart TV. The dedicated kitchen comes with essential supplies, including a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a tub, shower, and all necessary amenities. For added convenience, an iron and ironing board are provided. Outside, enjoy the large private patio with table seating, perfect for relaxing, and a small covered front porch serves as the charming entrance to the apartment.

- Please do not smoke in the house or in the yard, since it can disturb the guests renting the other side of the duplex. - Please keep your noise level to a minimum during your entire stay. - No extra guests without prior approval please. - Please do not leave doors and windows open when the air conditioning is running.

- This is a duplex, which is a house with two separate living spaces (like a condo). You will have your own private entrance and your own private, fully-fenced backyard. - "Side B" of the duplex is also rented out to short-term guests. We require that noise is kept to a minimum during your entire stay to avoid disturbing your neighbors. Please do not play loud music, or leave a barky dog alone in the house or yard for extended periods of time, especially at night. We can recommend a local doggy daycare if needed! - The washer and dryer are located in a shed behind the house, in your private backyard. - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
